What is Bathmatical?
Our subscription service delivers artisan bath and body products to your door. Every month, Bathmatical subscribers will receive a hand-picked assortment of 5 products ranging from handmade soaps, bath salts, scrubs, fizzies, bath teas, body butters, essential oils, aromatherapy, and other unique products to make your bath more enjoyable.
How much does it cost?/Are there hidden fees?
A monthly Bathmatical subscription is $35 and includes free shipping and no handling fees. Please note that sales tax will be charged for orders placed with a shipping address in a state in which we operate. Currently, sales tax will be charged for orders shipping to Texas.
How does billing work?
Upon subscribing, you will be charged immediately for your first box. After your first box has shipped, you’ll begin with our regular billing cycle.
For the Bathmatical monthly subscription, we bill regularly on the 1st and ship around the 22nd of each month. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box’s progress.
Bathmatical yearly subscriptions offer 12 months of boxes for the price of 11 boxes. You’ll be billed for the full year of your subscription at the time of your initial order and will not see another charge until you’ve received 12 boxes. You will be notified via email when your auto-renewal is around the corner and given the opportunity to opt-out of recurring payment.
I just subscribed, when will I receive my first box?
If you subscribe before the 21st of any given month, your first box will be included in the regularly scheduled shipment for that month. If you subscribe after the 21st, you will receive your first box in the following month’s shipment.
When are boxes shipped each month?
All boxes are shipped around the 22nd of each month. Your box should arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days.
How do I update my billing information?
You can do this by logging into your Bathmatical account and changing your payment information.
Can I buy a gift subscription for a friend or family member?
Yes! Just click the gift box.
Where and how do you ship?
Shipping is free and Bathmatical subscriptions can be shipped to any address in the United States. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ship via USPS and once your box has shipped, it should arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your monthly subscription, login into your account and select "Edit" under Your Subscriptions. From there you can cancel your subscription. Please note that if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions may only be cancelled within the first month. However, annual subscribers will have the option to opt out of auto-renewal to ensure the subscription is canceled upon completion. This option will become available within your account settings during the final month. To opt out earlier, send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I receive a refund?
Due to the personal nature of bath and body care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if the box or any of the products were damaged during shipment please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to solve any problems.
I really enjoyed one of the items in my box, how do I buy more?
If you want to buy more of a particular product, please feel free to contact the vendor directly and mention you discovered their product through Bathmatical. If you are unable to find information about a particular vendor or product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have my own line of handmade bath products, how can I be included in one of your boxes?
